Carlo Glisic, 22, told police he had been shot around 8:30 p.m. and went to the house on 10th Street, looking for help. Glisic was holding a piece of clothing over the wound on his left arm, Elyria police Capt. Chris Costantino said.
When police asked Glisic what happened, he gave them “different accounts,” Costantino said.
At first, Glisic told police that he was the victim of a drive-by shooting. However, when questioned further, Glisic couldn’t remember the incident, Costantino said.
At that point, Glisic told police someone came into his apartment at 356 10th St. and shot him. When police went to his house to investigate, they found drops of blood on the floor and an empty gun case. They traced a trail of blood in the apartment to the location of a gun, police said.
