Critter Chronicles: Tango

This is Tango. He was surrendered to the shelter because the kids in the family were allergic to him. Tango is a big Teddy Bear of a boy. He likes kids of all ages but gets nervous if too many are around him at once, especially if they’re younger and active. This friendly boy will sleep in a crate, is house trained and has manners. He’s smart and knows his commands too. Tango has a great personality that people will instantly like. He’s a big strong boy that wouldn’t mind a back yard to roam and play. If you like Rotties you will love Tango. Tango was recently adopted and returned. The other dog in the family and Tango did not get along with each other. It might be best if Tango is an ‘only’ pet with older kids in the family.  Tango is pictured with Patrolman and Friendship volunteer Rick Broz of the Lorain Police Department.

If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.
