ELYRIA — An Eaton Township man is facing a 19-count indictment for allegedly possessing child pornography.
Robert Scott II, 26, faces six counts each of pandering obscenity involving a minor, pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor and seven counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance.
Assistant Lorain County Prosecutor Dave Muhek said Scott had downloaded videos containing multiple images of child pornography.
Doug Merrill, Scott’s attorney, said he has not seen the evidence that investigators have gathered against his client.
