Critter Chronicles: Bullitt

bullitt-hounds

Bullitt is one amazing, beautiful boy. This is a German shepherd at his finest. Bullitt was given up after his human dad passed away and the lady no longer wanted to care for him. Once we had him in our rescue it was discovered he had torn cruciate ligaments in both legs. Bulliltt underwent surgery and has healed wonderfully. He will need an inexpensive supplement to keep any arthritis in check. Bullitt is housetrained and has all of his house manners. Bullitt can be left with the run of the house and will be a well behaved boy. He does get along fine with other dogs but we feel he would do best as the only dog since he wants one on one with his caregiver and craves a lot of attention. His former caregiver and Bullitt were inseparable. He has been through enough in his life and we want to make sure he has the right home. We would prefer a fenced in yard for Bullitt so he may explore his yard at his leisure. He will also need a daily walk to keep him in the best shape possible. We are unsure about cats with Bullitt and we would want any children to be at least teenagers since Bullitt has never lived with children. Bullitt will be a wonderful best friend to someone who can give him the right home.
