Critter Chronicles: Caramel

Caramel is as sweet as the color of the candy she is named after.  She seems to love everyone!!  Carmel is good with all people, has been good with the dogs she has been around and doesn’t seem to become alarmed at the sight of a cat or smaller animal.  She keeps her kennel clean which leads us to believe she is housetrained.  Caramel has worked with a trainer a couple of times and will be going to stay with a trainer for about a week to make her the best she can be.  Her adopter will be getting a well-trained dog which must be kept up in a new home.  As always, we prefer a fenced-in yard for our dogs so they are able to enjoy the freedom of their yard.  Caramel has not yet been around young children but we feel she would be OK with children who are at least 10-12 years old and who are respectful of animals.    Rescued from the Lorain County Dog Kennel, Caramel has been patiently waiting for a new forever home and she will be a good girl.
