Robert A. Kohler, 63, of Westlake, formerly of Grafton, passed away at the Lifecare Center of Westlake, after a lengthy and brave battle with MS. He was born October 15, 1950 in Cleveland and grew up in Grafton.
Bob graduated from Midview and served his country as a Marine in Vietnam. He worked for the Ford Motor Company and retired after 30 years divided among the Lorain and Bardstown, Kentucky plants. He was a loner who loved to read about The Civil War and WWII. He also loved sports and women.
Bob is survived by his loving son, Michael (Michelle); his dear grandson, Jonah; he is the brother of Thomas, Jane and June. He will be missed by many relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Paul and Mary.
A Celebration of Life will be held for Bob on Wednesday, January 15, 2014 from 6 to 9 P.M. at the Fraternal Order of Eagles, 27190 Royalton Rd., Columbia Station.
