Critter Chronicles: Penny

Please pick Penny … she’s priceless! Penny is a happy go lucky Jack that loves everyone she meets. She’s an energetic friendly girl that is 7 years old. That’s a young age for a Jack. They are tireless loyal dogs that love to be part of family activities. Penny would love to find a loving family to call her own.  She would probably be best as an only pet.  She likes some dogs but not others and not a lover of cats.  Penny is the “go to” dog when one is needed to represent Friendship at an event.  She loves visiting the seniors at the nursing home. Penny is pictured with APL volunteer Abby McElhannon.

If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.
