Eunice A. Hall (nee Beaty), 81, of Elyria, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 25, 2014 at New Life Hospice in Lorain, following a lengthy illness. She was born October 7, 1932 in Jamestown, Tennessee and has been a Lorain County resident for 58 years.
Eunice was employed by the Elyria School System as a Lunch Monitor. She was a member of East Broad Street Church of Christ and enjoyed quilting and canning time with grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Mrs. Hall is survived by her daughters, Sandra L. “Sandy” Ledbetter of Jamestown, Tennessee and Kimberly “Kim” Linden (John) of Elyria; five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; four step grandchildren and two step great grandchildren; brothers, Charles, Clay and Gene Beaty of Tennessee, Louie Beaty of Kentucky; and sisters, Joyce Kerst and Jewell Terry of Tennessee; and sister-in-law, Lucille Hassler of Tennessee.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James R. Hall; daughter, Pam Miles; parents, Elbert and Dora Ellen (nee Hall) Beaty; sisters, Edith King and Opal Crabtree; and brother, Lowell Beaty.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P.M., Wednesday, January 29, 2014 and 10 to 11 A.M., Thursday, January 30, 2014 at Busch Funeral Home, 114 Second Street, Elyria. Funeral service will be 11 A.M., Thursday at the funeral home. Brother Oney Wright will officiate. Interment will be in Brookdale Cemetery, Elyria, www.buschcares.com
