**Donald Waltemeyer, 37, no address listed, charged with domestic violence, but not arrested.**

A guy with no listed address (possibly none) stalked a person around the country, physically abused her, sent her 16 threatened text messages which she showed to Officer Randall Leiby II, and NO ARREST WAS MADE?!

Sure, there may be extenuating circumstances defending the lack of action by the police, but I doubt it.

More likely, since the time listed is coming up on shift change, the cops just wrote the batterer a summons to appear in court, because if they would have arrested him the paperwork would have been a real b****.

If this woman gets killed on someone else’s watch, or catches her in another town and beats her half to death, that’s someone else’s problem.

    Well said.
