Mary Lou Burdorff, (nee Smith), 84, of Grafton, passed away Saturday, February 22, 2014, at Keystone Pointe in LaGrange, following a long illness. She was born March 4, 1929 in Iron Mountain, Michigan, and was a Grafton resident for most of her life.
Mary Lou enjoyed the outdoors and spending time at her cabin in the upper peninsula of Michigan.
Survivors include her daughter, Sandy (Terry) Hawke of Grafton; sons, Mark (Jilian) Burdorff of Loveland, Ohio, Doug (Joan) Burdorff of Thompson, Ohio, Stu (Jill) Burdorff of Leroy, Ohio, and Ted (Tressie) Burdorff of Grafton; 13 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and brother, Fred (Lorna) Smith of Elyria.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lester in 2001; sister, Marge Randall; and a brother, Herb Smith.
A Celebration of Mary Lou’s Life will be announced at a later date.
