Critter Chronicles: Popeye

Popeye - apl

Popeye lived with one owner his entire life. Unfortunately, his owner passed away and the family could not keep him. Popeye is an active and affectionate dog. He loves to give kisses, go for walks, squeaky balls, and car rides. He even smiles! Pop would do well with an active family that would take him for walks and give him lots of affection and attention. Popeye has only been in an adult home and is not used to children. He would probably be okay with kids 6 and over. The family said he’s fine with other dogs but did not know about cats. He ate Pedigree adult dry food and occasionally was treated to canned food.

If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.
