Marguerite Mole, 93, of Grafton, passed away Wednesday, February 26, 2014, in the Hospice of Medina County Center in Medina, following a short illness. She was born March 25, 1920, in Grafton Township and was a lifelong resident.
A 1938 Belden High School graduate and Vice President of her class, Marguerite was a lifelong member of the Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church, in Grafton. She was also a member of the St. Francis Mission Circle 20. She enjoyed shopping, yard work and being the family photographer.
She is survived by two nieces; five nephews; 19 great nieces and great nephews; 15 great great nieces, and great great nephews, with three more on the way.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bert and Gertrude (nee Mott) Mole; her sister, Kathryn Mole; brother, Clayton Mole; and by her nephew, Jim Mole.
Friends may call Sunday, March 2, 2014, in the Blackburn-Duke Funeral Home, 1021 Main St., Grafton, from 2 to 4 P.M. A funeral Mass will be held Monday, March 3, 2014, at 10 A.M., in the Chapel of Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 708 Erie St., Grafton, with Reverend John Seabold, Pastor, officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Grafton.
The family suggests that memorial donations be made to the building fund of the church, or to the Hospice of Medina County, 5075 Windfall Rd., Medina, OH 44256.
