As you are reading this, Stacy B. Wilhelm, 34, of South Amherst, is now in Heaven with her father and the remainder of her extended family. Her passing was Friday, February 28, 2014 at Mercy Allen Hospital. She was born April 9, 1979 in Elyria. Stacy had made her home in the South Amherst, Amherst Township area.
She was a graduate of Firelands High School, with the class of 1998. She attended the Brauna Veda School in Cleveland, studying to become an Esthetician.
Stacy loved being a mom and her son was her whole life. Her prayer was that he grows up to become a wonderful member of this world and a great man. She will always love him and will be with him and all of her family in mind, body, and spirit forever. Stacy had a great love for her family. She was employed as a catering attendant at Polansky’s in Amherst. Her hobbies included crafts, reading, camping and cooking.
Survivors include her son, Kaden Charles King; her parents, Thomas J. and Jane Rich (nee Snell); her brother, Luke Wilhelm; and nephew, Logen, all of South Amherst.
She was preceded in death by her father, Francis Wilhelm in 1995; her maternal grandparents, David and Agnes Snell; and her paternal grandparents, Elmer and Mary Wihelm.
Friends may call Thursday, March 6, 2014 from 4 P.M. until the time of the funeral service at 7 P.M. at the Hempel Funeral Home, 373 Cleveland Ave., Amherst. The Rev. Fr. Lawrence Martello, Pastor of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Amherst, will officiate.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest that memorial contributions be made to Lorain National Bank, 1175 Cleveland Avenue, Amherst, OH 44001, c/o Kaden King Memorial Fund.
