Five calls into the Avon Lake police over three days to complain about the skate park.

This has been an ongoing issue with a single resident, who moved across the street from the park ……..eight years after the skate park was built!

Why did you move there if the noise is intolerable? If you move next to railroad tracks, do you expect the trains to stop running?

The kicker is this guy rents the property and doesn’t even own it! Pick up your belongings and get out.

Instead, he is suing the City of Avon Lake to shut it down. Talk about frivolous lawsuits. Lorain County Courts should be spending their time on more serious matters.

Is there no common sense left in this world?
