Jaynie J. Nichols (nee Flow), age 58 and a resident of Carlisle Township, passed away unexpectedly Friday, March 21, 2014, at her residence. Jaynie was born in Cleveland, March 8, 1956, to the late Edward and Jeannie (nee Dow) Flow. She was a 1975 graduate of North Olmsted High School.
For 15 years, Jaynie was a set-up person for American Greetings, serving retail stores in Lorain County. For the past four years, she was a lunch aid at Keystone High School. Jaynie was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She had a wonderful sense of humor and enjoyed making people laugh. She was a member of Clague Road Congregational United Church of Christ.
Survivors include her husband of 38 years, Robert H.; three sons, Josh (Nikki) of LaGrange, Chad (Krystle) of Sheffield Lake, Nate (Meghyn) of North Olmsted; three grandchildren, Haleigh, Cole, and Susie; three sisters, Nancy (John) Yovan of Sheffield, Mary Lou (Terry Baker) Ruffing of Spencer, Debbie (Rick) Greene of Ashland; and her sister-in-law, Marty Flow of Cleveland.
In addition to her parents, Jaynie was preceded in death by her brother Ed “Butch” Flow.
A celebration of Jaynie’s life will be 3 P.M., Saturday, April 5, 2014, at Clague Road United Church of Christ, 3650 Clague Road, North Olmsted. Pastor Jim Link will officiate.
