Critter Chronicles: Casper

Casper was surrendered to us because his family did not have time for him and he was alone too long.  He is currently in foster with other dogs and is doing well.  We are not yet sure about cats.  He should be fine with children but they must be respectful and at least 8 years old.  His former family trained him to pads but he is learning to go outside to go potty. Casper seems like a quick learner and has now learned to sit and is working on a few other commands.  He is a very friendly boy with everyone he has met.  He will need a daily walk for exercise and preferably a fenced in yard.  Casper should be able to fit into just about any lifestyle, a family with children or an older couple looking for a companion.
