Lorain woman charged with stabbing boyfriend

LORAIN — A city woman accused of stabbing her boyfriend in the left leg about 11:30 p.m. Saturday faces charges.

Nichole Venson was arrested and charged early Sunday with felonious assault and domestic violence. Venson argued with her boyfriend, William Schaffer, when he showed up at their home in the 3500 block of Pin Oak Drive with an ex-girlfriend, according to police Officer James Wolford’s report.

Schaffer said the two women fought and when he attempted to break it up, Venson stabbed him in the thigh. Venson denied stabbing Schaffer, but a neighbor who said Schaffer came to her apartment after being stabbed said Venson came to her door carrying a knife and screaming, “I’m going to kill a n—–.”

Venson is free on a $5,000 bond. Information on her next court date was unavailable Monday night.

    $5,000 bond ‘eh?

Evidently, there were no white folk at the scene, other than, maybe, the cops.

These days, “white folk” and Hispanics use the word toward each other. Don’t know too many of us with the last name Schaffer. How do you know all the cops were white? Your thoughts may be a little out-dated.

Oh, he was only half black.

That explains the low bond and lack of hate crime charges.

What was he doing coming home with an ex girlfriend with him. Don’t kill him and get yourself in trouble. Just get rid of him. Simple as that. No idiot is worth fighting over and getting yourself in trouble.
