This year’s U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration’s (DEA) National Prescription Take-Back Day will be held on Saturday, April 26th from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day aims to provide a safe, convenient, and responsible means of disposing of prescription drugs, while also educating the general public about the potential for abuse of medications. Your participation will reduce access of medications, which have led to an epidemic of prescription drug/opiate and heroin overdoses countywide, throughout Ohio and nationally.
You can turn in medications at most police departments throughout the county, no questions asked; please remove labels.
