Viola T. “Vi” Hart (nee Schneider), 90, of North Ridgeville, passed away Wednesday, May 7, 2014, at St. John Medical Center, Westlake, following a sudden illness. She was a lifelong resident of North Ridgeville.
Vi was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church in North Ridgeville. She enjoyed gardening and bowling, golfing and watching Cleveland Indians baseball games.
Survivors include her husband of 66 years, Frank; daughters, Susan (Thomas) Rumancik of North Ridgeville, Karen (William) Littleton of Burlington, Kentucky; son, Timothy (Dawn) Hart of North Ridgeville; grandchildren, Jodie (Brian) Perez, Steven (Jennifer) Rumancik, T.J. and Kelly Hart and Zachary Littleton; great-grandchildren, Jaden, Evan and Rylan Perez and Connor and Chloe Rumancik; sisters, Marian Taylor of North Ridgeville, Ursula Schilens of Westlake.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Leo and Cecelia (nee Diederich) Schneider; brothers, Sylvester, Elmer, Louis and Vincent Schneider.
Friends may call at the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville, Friday, May 9, 2014, from 5 to 8 P.M. and Saturday, May 10, 2014, at 9:30 A.M. for a prayer service preceding a 10 A.M. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Peter Catholic Church, 35777 Center Ridge Rd., N. Ridgeville. Reverend Bob Sanson will be the Celebrant. Burial will be in St. Peter Cemetery, North Ridgeville.
