Tornado Watch in effect until 9 p.m.

The National Weather Service has issued a tornado watch for most of Northeast Ohio until 9 p.m.

A watch means conditions are favorable for the development of severe thunderstorms that could produce tornadoes.

    The sever thunderstorms moved into East Cleveland and eastward.
    Aldo showing-up down southnwest of Canton.

    However flood warnings are still in effect.
