Pam was formerly employed at University Hospitals Elyria Medical Center and then in security for Invacare Corp. She was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church, Elyria; Elyria AmVets #32 Ladies Auxiliary; the Ladies Auxiliary Color Guard and Elyria VFW #1079 Ladies Auxiliary.
She was also a member of Elyria Women’s Bowling Association for 30 years, served on the board of directors and was elected into the Hall of Fame for Superiority Award. Other interest included; playing cards, bingo, crafts and outdoor sports.
Pam is survived by brothers, Tom Gard and Matt (Mary) Gard, both of Elyria; and nephews, David and Devin Gard of North Ridgeville.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clayton L. Clagg in 2003; parents, Harry D. and Elma E. Gard; and a brother, David W. Gard, all in 2006.
Friends will be received Monday, June 9, 2014, from 6 until 8 P.M., at Dicken Funeral Home, 323 Middle Ave., Elyria. A Graveside Service will be Tuesday, June 10, 2014, 11 A.M., at Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst, Township. The Reverend Albert Veigas, Pastor of St. Agnes Catholic Church, will officiate.
