Sen. Rob Portman representatives to meet with constituents

Voters will have a chance to speak with the staff of U.S. Sen. Rob Portman, R-Cincinnati, when he comes next week to Lorain County.

On June 18, Portman will hold office hours at the Lorain County Administration Building in Elyria.

From 11 a.m. to noon, Lorain County residents will be able to talk, ask questions and share their concerns with members of the senator’s office.

“Keeping an open dialogue with constituents is a top priority for me and I encourage people to take advantage of the opportunity to talk to a member of my staff,” Portman said, according to a news release.

This is part of a series of trips Portman’s staff is making to each county in Ohio to meet with voters.

The staff will be available in the Lorain County Administration Building, 226 Middle Ave., in Meeting Room A.

  • stop ur whining part deux

Congress works 2.5 days a week. The rest of the time they have is so the can travel back home to their districts and meet with their constituents. This is laughable and has been for quite some time. Now they do not even meet with their constituents, they send their staffs to do it.

Wake Up Blue and Red sheep. The fight you are supporting is misdirection. D.C. uses the red vs blue fight to keep the masses stupid, angry, and in the dark.
