Dorothe was retired from Ernst & Young in Cleveland. She was a member of the Mary Lilly Society of the Elyria United Methodist Village. Dorothe was a true American patriot who honored and supported the United States military and was a devoted member of the National Republican Party. She loved to travel and she loved politics.
Dorothe was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Reba Hulse of Elyria; her brother, Kenneth Hulse of Cypress, California; her sister, Jayne Fitzgerald of Akron; and her son, Kenneth H. Brenneman of The Plains, Ohio.
She is survived by two nieces, Barbara Christian of Akron, and Annie Chandler of Austin, Texas. Dorothe leaves behind four grandchildren, Disney L. Bream, Lt. Col. (Retired) Kenneth C. Brenneman, Howard J. Brenneman and Leigh S. Brenneman; seven great-grandchildren; Dillan Lawson, Kelly Bream, Jessica Bream, Lauren Brenneman, Brian Brenneman, Courtney Trott (Wolfe), and Cameron Wolfe; and two great-great-granddaughters, Alice Lawson and Addison Trott.
