LORAIN – An elderly man who allegedly drugged and sexually assaulted a saleswoman in December was arrested for the incident on Wednesday.

Dennis Connone, 71, was charged with two counts of sexual battery on Wednesday after police investigated an incident from December.

According to police, a saleswoman agreed to meet Connone at his house on Cooper Foster Park Road to sell him jewelry in December.

When she went into his house, Connone gave the woman either drugs or alcohol to incapacitate her before he sexually assaulted her, Lorain police Capt. Roger Watkins said.

Connone was indicted on two charges of sexual battery on June 19 and arrested by the Lorain County Sheriff’s Department on Wednesday.

He was being held at Lorain County Jail until he was released on bond on Wednesday.

He could have gone to the house of prostitution in Rock River instead.
    That’s in the PD today.

Gave the woman drugs or alcohol? Hopefully the prosecutor knows for sure.

At 71 he still can get it up.

Blame it on the pharmaceutical industry…..Viagra, Cialis, Levitra…..all are responsible for this crime.

Mr. Connone is innocent I tell you. He was lured by the commercial advertising and succumbed to the temptation.

He cannot be expected to assume any responsibility for any of this. Put the blame where it belongs, the greedy capitalists known as Big Pharma!!
