Chelbie Schropp, 19, was charged with trafficking and possession of cocaine, permitting drug abuse and possession of marijuana around the same time at the house she shares with Lallathin on the 200 block of Commodore Circle.

The arrests came after a two-month investigation by the Elyria Police Department into drug trafficking in Elyria. Police may be arresting other people in connection with the investigation.

During the arrest officers found 341 grams of cocaine and almost 870 grams of marijuana along with a rifle, a pistol, a handgun and $500 in cash.

Lallathin and Schropp were taken to Lorain County Jail where they were being held without bond on Wednesday.

Isn’t he the guy that robbed and beat-up someone a few years ago? Guess that prison sentence was not long enough.
Arrested at his business, exactly what business is this?

    • golfingirl

Yep….got three years, got out in less than one.

what about the guy he co owned it with? cuz im sure if he was involved the other one must be to

        • golfingirl

Looks like he will now be the sole proprietor…..laughing.

Birds of a feather, do tend to flock together. Who knows, we may be seeing his name here soon.

          • guest

im sure he knows all about it.he just didn’t get caught the day they did.you cant co own a store with someone and not know they are selling drugs and have guns.more people that Elyria needs to ban from opening stores again.they bought the store from their friends that owned shopway.

  • golfingirl

    Poor girl. She looks sad!

  • SpaceTech

If we executed the drug dealers it would cut down on repeat offenses.

    • Starryeyes63

      Good point

    • golfingirl

We don’t even execute rapists, sexual predators or murderers anymore.

I think drug dealers are pretty far down on the list, unfortunately.

  • guest

soo…they buy the store from their “buds”after they were arrested for the same thing, then they turn around and do the same thing their friends got busted for and arrested.im failing to see how they thought they would get away with that.and to do all that drugs, guns literally right around the corner from the police station.HELLO!!!
common sense,i pray these two morons don’t have kids in that life style.

  • Beentheredonethat
