Kathleen S. (nee Jewett) Keller, 68, of Grafton, passed away Thursday, February 14, 2013. Kathleen was born March 1, 1944 in Cleveland, to the late Franklin and Gertrude Jewett. She grew up in Parma, where she took a job with the former Pick-N-Pay Grocery store.
Kathleen enjoyed traveling by motorcycle and later found a passion for raising Pekingese and Japanese Chin show dogs, with her husband, Charles D. Keller, Sr. who passed away Sunday, June 29, 2014.
Kathleen is survived by her daughter, Sheila Prevost of North Carolina; brother, Franklin (Marge) Jewett; step-son, Charles (Chip) Keller, Jr. of Berea; two grandchildren, Jasmine and Charles Prevost of Tennessee from her late son, Charles (Chuck) Prevost.
At Kathleen’s request, cremation has taken place.
The families of Kathleen and Charles Sr. have chosen to honor their parents together with a Celebration of Life Gathering on Friday, July 25, 2014 from 11:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. at the Bauer Funeral Home, Valley City. Interment will follow at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Rittman.
