Critter Chronicles: Jack White

Jack White-apl

Jack White arrived at Friendship a broken dog. Friendship’s director was actually at another shelter rescuing dogs when a car pulled up and dumped Jack White out the door and drove away. He’s was filthy, underweight and just a sad sight. There was no doubt that Jack was coming back to Friendship. He’s slowly been recuperating and now is ready for adoption. The staff and volunteers have grown to love this boy. Jack’s spirit was never broken. He is a sweet fellow with a gentle demeanor. He loves attention and gives it right back. J.W. is starting to play in the outdoor area and just enjoy life. He’s easy on a leash too. Jack would be very happy in a patient, loving and caring home. He seems to like other dogs but has never been around cats. He’s still on the mend so a quieter home with older kids may be best for Jack. Please stop by soon. Jack loves visitors.

If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.
