Critter Chronicles: Kimbo

Kimbo is a very sad case of neglect.  We have just taken him in after his caregiver entered a nursing home although he has not been cared for properly in quite some time.  He’s a sweet boy and we are told he gets along with other dogs and is good with children although we would prefer they are at least 8 years old.  He has now been fully vetted and is on the mend although it will not happen overnight.  Kimbo is housetrained and is good in the car.  We would love someone to open up their home to him, even if only for a foster, so that he continues to get the care he needs and can blossom into the beautiful German Shepherd he should be.  His world has been turned upside down and we would love for him to be able to be in a home during his healing process.  A home with a fenced in yard is preferred.  (Please note that his picture is how he looked upon intake, improving every day).
