Critter Chronicles: Oscar

Oscar is a very friendly and social boy that likes other dogs and cats. He likes kids, too, but because of his age they should be a little older. Oscar has a fatty tumor on the side of his face. It does not effect his health and causes him no pain. He was recently adopted and returned because he had a few potty accidents in the house.  Even though  he’s a senior, this sweet boy is fairly active for his age. Oscar would love a forever home. How about yours?
