Amherst police investigating online harassment and obscenity

AMHERST — Police are investigating a high school student believed to use Instagram to harass other teens online for lewd photos. Police received a complaint Feb. 23 alleging telecommunications harassment, pandering obscenity and disseminating matter harmful to juveniles.
