A League of Women Voters event looking at the marijuana legalization amendment on the November ballot will be 7 p.m. Oct. 27 at Oberlin College. A story Monday contained an incorrect date and location because of inaccurate information provided to The Chronicle-Telegram.

An article Thursday about the semi-annual Coalition on Hispanic/Latino Issues and Progress candidates forum contained inaccurate information. Republican mayoral candidate Jessie Tower, whom the story noted wasn’t a practicing lawyer, said she practices part time. The article also failed to note that a fourth Elyria mayoral candidate, independent Tim Quinn, failed to attend the event.
