The Lorain County General Health District's Vital Statistics Office houses the birth and death records beginning in 1908 to the present. Certificates of births and deaths occurring in all of Lorain County, except for the city of Lorain, are available at the health district.
For your convenience, you can also process online requests through an independent company that the Lorain County General Health District has partnered with to provide you this service - VitalChek Network, Inc.
