Friday, Nov. 16

1:56 a.m. - 8000 block Oak Point Road, Michael J. Duncan, 31, 800 block Cooper Foster Park Road, Amherst, charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Saturday, Nov. 17

1:41 a.m. - 900 block Leavitt Road, Richard A. Becker, 43, 100 block Forest Hill, Amherst, charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Tuesday, Nov. 20

2:12 a.m. - North Ridge Road, Nicholas A. Kennedy, 33, 6700 block Dewey Road, Amherst, charged with possession of marijuana, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, expired license, driving in marked lanes and rear lights.

Tuesday, Nov. 13

8:36 a.m. - 5400 Liberty Ave., the Vermilion Boat Club was broken into and $447 in cash was taken from two cash drawers.

Thursday, Nov. 15

1:39 a.m. - 1200 block Sanford St., Taylor Kopp, 18, of Vermilion, charged with underage consumption, disorderly conduct by intoxication, criminal trespass, resisting arrest, assault on a police officer and vandalism.

Saturday, Nov. 17

1:30 p.m. - 5200 Devon Drive, a vending machine inside the youth center was broken into.

11:55 p.m. - Firestone Lane, a 17-year-old boy was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after being pulled over for speeding.
