8:21 a.m. – 300 block Sixth St., a 16-year-old boy was charged with menacing after allegedly threatening to kill a 15-year-old girl if she didn`t go out with him. The boy also pointed a knife at the girl.

10:52 a.m. – Lifeskills School, West River Road, Shawntell M. Harris, 18, Elyria, charged with resisting arrest and criminal trespassing.

11:40 a.m. – 1000 Chestnut Commons, Wal-Mart, car broken into, $2,200 worth of items stolen.

11:41 a.m. – 500 block Furnace St., hydraulic hoses stolen.

1:30 p.m. – Cleveland City Justice Center, Cleveland, Jarrod Clark, 40, Twinsburg, charged with three counts of passing bad checks worth $970.70 in Elyria.

3:21 p.m. – Home Depot, Market Drive, Eddie S. Foster, 36, Lorain, charged with theft by deception.

4 p.m. – 800 block West River Road, Justin W. Pierson, 28, Elyria, warrant.

4 p.m. – 300 block West Bridge St., Robert Gillespie, 38, Elyria, charged with possession of OxyContin, possession of Tylenol with hydrocodone, possession of Tylenol with codeine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Rebecca Lewis, 36, Elyria, warrant.

4:03 p.m. – Convenient Food Mart, East River Street, theft of cigarettes.

4:15 p.m. – East Avenue and Broad Street, man said he was robbed of $290.

5:35 p.m. – 200 block Eighth St., a woman said her ex-boyfriend threatened her over the telephone.

8:32 p.m. – 1100 block Melvyn Lane, Robert L. Anderson, 40, Elyria, warrant.

8:42 p.m. – 1800 block Lorain Blvd., Alan Repko, 54, Lorain, charged with criminal trespass and obstruction of official business.

9:59 p.m. – Golden Coral, West River Road, a vacuum, T-shirts, subwoofer and amp were stolen from a vehicle.

10:42 p.m. – 100 block Lake Ave., Edward Nelson, 46, Elyria, warrant.

11:01 p.m. – 400 block Foster Ave., 1992 Oldsmobile Cutlass stolen.

11:50 p.m. – Single digits East Ave., Jeffrey Isom, 41, Elyria, charged with assault.

12:35 a.m. – 1000 block N. Abbe Road, missing wallet.

1:51 a.m. – 800 block West River Road, Daraise Franklin, 31, Lorain, charged with obstructing official business.

2:23 a.m. – Police station, West Avenue, Julia M. Burke, 29, Cleveland, warrant.

2:30 a.m. – Walgreens, Cleveland Street, a carton of cigarettes was stolen.

6:45 a.m. – 200 block N. Gateway Blvd., car broken into.

10:25 a.m. – 18 West Ave., Elyria police department, employee fell on icy sidewalk.

11:40 a.m. – 1300 block East Ave., 69-year-old woman died from medical problems at home.

1:09 p.m. – 100 block E. Bridge St., car broken into.

2:21 p.m. – 1800 block Middle Ave., apartment broken into.

11 p.m. – 1000 block Chestnut Commons, Wal-Mart, woman left her purse inside store and it was stolen.

9 p.m. – 300 block W. Seventh St., 40 pills of hydrocodone stolen.

7:30 a.m. – 2200 block W. 14th St., Christmas decorations stolen.

9:29 a.m. – 4100 block Gary Ave., woman allegedly assaulted by her child`s father.

11:08 a.m. – 1100 block W. 21st St., a 15-year-old girl was charged with domestic violence and resisting arrest.

1 p.m. – 2100 block E. 30th St., tools stolen from residence.

3:29 p.m. – 200 block W. Ninth St., television and a Rolex watch stolen.

3:30 p.m. – 4800 block Tanglewood Place, plasma television, jewelry and Christmas gifts stolen.

10:22 p.m. – 2900 block G St., a man said he received harassing phone calls from a man who said he wanted to have sex with the man`s mother.

11:10 p.m. – 1800 block Livingston Ave., a woman said she saw two men break her house window.

11:14 p.m. – 4200 block Pearl Ave., a 17-year-old boy was charged with menacing, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

2:15 a.m. – 1700 block Oberlin Ave., a man said another man pointed a gun at him.

4 p.m. – Broadway, Rite-Aid, man stole bottle of Southern Comfort.

6:40 p.m. – 1000 block E. 39th St., former tenant stole apartment furniture before vacating.

6:59 p.m. – 2100 block E. 41st St., Jaricy Carrion, 28, of Lorain, charged with domestic violence.

10:09 p.m. – East Erie Avenue, Leon Michael, 20, of Lorain, charged with domestic violence.

Sunday, Dec. 9

1:07 a.m. – 1600 block Nebraska Ave., woman receiving harassing phone calls.

1:30 a.m. – 2100 block E. 29th St., 32-inch TV stolen from woman`s house during party.

2:05 a.m. – 1840 E. 28th St., Gil`s International Lounge, woman being threatened by man.

4:54 a.m. – Henderson Bridge, Leandre Tate, 20, of Lorain, charged with no driver`s license, possession of crack cocaine, underage consumption of alcohol.

12:27 p.m. – 100 block W. 27th St., jewelry stolen from home.

8:45 a.m. – Murray Ridge Road, Daniel Halas, 20, of Amherst Township, charged with unsafe vehicle, no stop lights, improper display of plates.

10:52 p.m. – 10000 block E. River Road, man suspected his dad stole his items, including a $2,800 engagement ring.
