4:25 a.m. – Shell gas station, Tower Boulevard, a glass door was smashed and $700 worth of cigarettes were stolen.
8 a.m. – 2000 block Leavitt Road, a car’s tire was slashed and insults were written in white paint on the hood.
9:30 a.m. – 1100 block W. 23rd St., stereo and wallet stolen from car.
9:36 a.m. – 2000 block Cooper Foster Park Road, a woman said someone tried to open a credit card account in her name.
10:22 a.m. – 4300 block Hickory Hill Ave., house ransacked, wedding ring and computer stolen.
10:34 a.m. – 3900 block Reid Ave., a 2000 Daewoo was stolen.
2:08 p.m. – 2200 Tower Blvd., a man was startled in his home by a burglar. The suspect left behind a Puerto Rican ID card.
6:46 p.m. – 4700 block Chelsea Ave., a woman said her ex-boyfriend has been calling her and threatened to “slice her throat and burn her house.”
7:19 p.m. – 3500 block Reinwald Road, Nicholas Loving, 27, Lorain, charged with domestic violence.
10:16 p.m. – 1500 block Reid Ave., a pizza deliveryman said CDs were stolen from his car.
11:54 p.m. – 4100 block Riverview Lane, a woman said her ex-boyfriend threatened to kill her and her family.
11:59 p.m. – 5300 block Oberlin Ave., the windows of two cars were smashed.

Saturday, Dec. 29
1:25 a.m. – 400 block Hamilton Ave., Jennifer Linden, 27, Lorain, charged with domestic violence and disorderly conduct. Renee Crnjak, 23, Lorain, charged with obstructing official business and disorderly conduct.
