Tuesday, July 23 p.m. — 300 block E. Broad St., Angela Ramirez, 48, arrested and charged with breaking and entering. Police said Ramirez was found in a condemned building in which a board from a window had been removed.

4:45 p.m. — 6900 block Midway Mall, Jay Holt, 43, 800 block Bond St., arrested on a probation violation, five theft warrants and 18 forgery warrants, issued through the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office. Officers arrested Holt at Red Lobster after he allegedly put a mini speaker in his pocket but later returned it to the Midway Mall. Police said Holt, an employee at Red Lobster, was not charged for that incident.
