Florence R. Drennan, 89, of Lorain, died Tuesday, July 10, 2007 in Hearthstone at Lorain following a short illness. She was born August 28, 1917 in Grafton, moving to Lorain in 1941.
She was a devoted homemaker to her late husband, Harold, and to her five children.
She was a member of the Catholic Church of St. Peter, and enjoyed gardening and family gatherings.
She is survived by her daughter, Mary Buchanan of Amherst; sons, Eugene Drennan of Lorain, Gary Drennan of Snohomish, WA, Richard Drennan of Willoughby Hills and Dennis Drennan of Buford, GA; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Drennan in 1991; parents, August and Gertrude (nee Schaefer) Deimling; brother, Clinton Deimling; and sister, Marion Haumesser.
Friends may call on Sunday, July 15, 2007 from 4 to 6 P.M. at the Dombrowski-Humphrey-Riddle Funeral Home, 1939 Oberlin Ave., Lorain.
