Martha A. Rinaldi (nee Stellato), 86, of Lorain, died peacefully Monday, November 26, 2012 at Anchor Lodge Nursing Home in Lorain, after a short illness. She was born April 8, 1926 in Brooklyn, New York, and had resided in Lorain for over 60 years.
Martha helped her husband Joseph with the family business, Rinaldi Builders, in Lorain. She was a member of the Church of St. Peter in Lorain. She enjoyed her home and being with her family.
She is survived by her son, Joseph (Mary) Rinaldi, Jr. of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; grandchildren, Angelina (Zach) Ungs of Cedar Rapids, Joseph F. (Maria) Rinaldi III of Hopkins, Minnesota, Nicholas P. (Nichole) Rinaldi of Marion, Iowa, Kate (Eric) Ungs of Marion, Iowa and Michael D. Rinaldi of Cedar Rapids; great grandchildren, Kaitlynn, Isabela, Joseph IV, Mia, Rasmus, Vedder and Brody; brother, Frank (Nancy) Stell of Cleveland; and sister, Joyce Krupp of Wickliffe.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Rinaldi in 2003; son, Paul J. Rinaldi in 1980; parents, Nicholas and Mae Stellato (nee Ascuitto); and brother, Thomas Stellato.
Private family graveside services will be held at Calvary Cemetery in Lorain. The Reverend Craig Hovanec, Pastor, will officiate.
Arrangements are under the direction of Gluvna-Shimo-Hromada Funeral Chapel, 3224 Broadway Ave, Lorain.
