St. Joseph’s parish breaks ground for new center

AVON LAKE — St. Joseph Parish parishioners brought shovels to the groundbreaking for a family center and gymnasium Sunday. COLUMBUS, Ohio — An Ohio legislative panel granted a request Monday from the governor to allow federal dollars to be spent on an expansion of Medicaid that would give health coverage to thousands more residents.
