Chase leads to charges for Lorain man


LORAIN — A West 18th Street man was arrested after a brief pursuit through the city. Police stopped Kenyatta Ephraim on Monday for driving with improperly tinted windows. LORAIN — Three people were arrested in connection with a Craigslist vehicle scam and a robbery Thursday.
