Police identify Michigan man killed in Turnpike crash

ELYRIA TWP — A 42-year-old Michigan man died after police said the freight van he was driving rear-ended an eastbound tractor-trailer on the Ohio Turnpike about 4:25 p.m. Wednesday. An Oberlin man was LifeFlighted to MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland after a one-vehicle rollover accident overnight in New Russia Township, according to the Elyria post of the State Highway Patrol.
